Funds raised support various local events and are used to offset the cost (for Newark UPC youth) of local, district and national events.

Some funds are further allocated as a Sheaves for Christ offering to the NJ/DE district which retains 40% and sends the rest on to the national level which utilizes the funds for Youth Division related expenses and Youth Ministries such as Bible Quizzing and Youth on Mission.  Another amount is further allocated by the General Youth Division to the various ministries of the UPCI to carry out the Great Commission of Jesus, "Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature" (Mark 16:15).
